Clean Leather Chairs
Vacuum your leather chairs thoroughly to remove any loose dirt and dust. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the leather and gently wipe away any dirt or grime.
Do not use a paper towel as this will scratch the surface of your leather. A microfiber cloth is best for cleaning leather furniture.
If there are water marks or stains on your chair, rub a small amount of olive oil into the stain using a clean cloth and allow it to soak in overnight.
Rub the area with a clean cloth in the morning to remove the stain. If there are still some marks left, repeat until they are gone.
For tough spots or stains, apply saddle soap to the area using a soft brush and allow it to soak in overnight before rubbing off with a clean cloth in the morning. Repeat until all of the stain is removed from your chair!
You can also use toothpaste on small spots on your chair. Simply rub some toothpaste into the spot using a soft cloth and let it sit overnight before rubbing off with another clean cloth in the morning!
Don’t forget that you can also try using carpet cleaner or shoe polish on stubborn stains! Just be sure that you test these methods out on a small area of your chair first to make sure that they don’t discolor the leather.
