Put up a ceiling fan in each room of your house. Ceiling fans will help move the air around and cool down the room faster than if there was no fan at all. You can also purchase ceiling fans with an air conditioner built right into them for even more cooling power.

Use natural and cooling products like essential oils and sprays. Citrus-scented scents will help to naturally cool down a room, for example.

Have an open bowl of ice sitting in your house to help absorb some of the heat from the air. If you have a swamp cooler, you can also put ice cubes in it to help cool down the air before it gets circulated around the room.

Don’t use any heating or cooking appliances at all if possible, especially if you have an electric stove. The heat from these appliances will only make your home hotter and more uncomfortable to be in.

Use a “chillow” pillow on your bed at night to help keep cool while you sleep. The Chillow works by absorbing moisture and then releasing it back into the air when it’s cooler so that you can stay cool while sleeping!

This is really great for those with asthma or other respiratory problems because they can stay comfortable at night without having to worry about waking up in the middle of sleep due to feeling too hot or too cold.

You can also use this product during the day as well if you just aren’t feeling very well and need something cold against your head!

Use fans on a regular basis to circulate the air around. This is a great way to cool down your home naturally since you can move the air from one room to another and circulate it throughout your entire house.
